The Oracle Applications programmer/analyst should have demonstrated experience with systems analysis, design, and development on UNIX environment (IBM AIX). He must have strong knowledge of Oracle Financial (AR, Payable, Bank Recon, Fixed Assets, Costings, Treasury and Advance Collections) and Order Management (Advance Pricing, Modifier, Qualifier and Shipping). The development skills should include Oracle*Forms, Oracle*Reports, Oracle PL/SQL, XML Publisher and Oracle Workflow.
The Oracle Applications Designer/Developer should have strong experience in designing and developing technical solutions for Oracle Applications including conversions, extensions, interfaces and reports. These developers should possess a deep understanding of the Oracle ERP Application technical architecture. In addition, these developers should possess high level functional knowledge in two or more of the four major Business Flow areas (Process Manufacturing, HR, Financials and CRM). The core competencies for these developers should be Oracle development tools that will enable them to design and develop Application extensions, integrations, conversions, XML transactions, reports modification/creation, AOL/CRM foundation, standard Applications workflows, any new application schema changes and new techniques to create extensions such as JTF, OAF (used in 11.5.10), and web services.
