How Do I Get My Cash Award?
The hiring department will pay you a referral award of $1000 (subject to taxes). The bonus is to be paid in two installments. The first part of the referral bonus will be paid out to the referrer at the end of the first month of employment of the new recruit. The remaining cash bonus will be paid out upon completion of six months of service by the referral. However, the second part of the bonus will not be paid if employment is terminated by either side for any reasons within the first six months. Please note that the referrer must be employed by Reliance Global Services, Inc. at that time to collect payment.
Human Resources reserves the right to determine whether or not referred applicants are qualified for positions covered by the program. Should the program be discontinued, any in-process referrals will be handled on an individual basis.
In the event an applicant is referred from more than one source; for example, from two employees, or an employee and an employment agency, the deciding factor will be the date of receipt of the referral within the Human Resources. Human Resources will inform the participating parties when such situations arise.

All consultants are paid monthly. Reliance Global Services pays employees without interruption, regardless of when client pays. A direct deposit program is available.

Full-time consultants receive vacation, personal day, and sick day benefits proportional to tenure
For salaried consultants, after 6 months of service limited reimbursement is available for pre-approved relevant coursework or training based on academic performance.
Annual reviews are conducted to evaluate compensation. Regular performance reviews are conducted to provide self-improvement and better quality of service for clients.
Reliance Global Services pays generous bonuses for candidate referrals for candidates not already in our database once they begin work.
